Pancake Village is a street food brand located in Box Hill Central. 

Inspired by the signature product of Pancake Village “Jianbing”, a street food originally from Tianjin, a city full of traditional Chinese culture, relax lifestyle, and famous for its’ colonial history and western influenced architectures. In this logo I borrowed concept of plum flower window shape to symbolise the oriental background of this brand, and use negative space to showcasing the Chinese character “餠”(bing) , and together it creates a stained glass effect as a western motif. East meets West, this is the concept I wanted to promote.
